1. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange if the item does not fit properly.

Conditions for exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order

Customers may be required to cover delivery charges for the exchange process.


2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The item arrived damaged

To process the return, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.


3. Refund Policy
